- You may not use another person's account without authorization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data.
- Interfere with the operation of the service.
- Use automated tools to access the service excessively.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Itineraries generated by the service are provided for informational purposes. You retain rights to your input data. The service and its design are the property of Plan My Trip.
6. Advertising

7. Premium Subscriptions
- Payments for premium subscriptions are handled through third-party payment providers.
- Premium features are available for the duration of the active subscription.
- Refund policies are subject to the payment provider's terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated itineraries are suggestions and do not replace personal planning. We are not liable for travel decisions based on generated content.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
